These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.atranistudio.com and the purchase of products from Atrani Studio. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All prices are displayed in euros (€). Atrani Studio operates under the "franchise en base de TVA" regime (Article 293 B of the French Tax Code). Therefore, VAT is not applicable on our sales invoices.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website lawfully, respectfully, and without intent to harm, disrupt, or infringe upon the rights of Atrani Studio or any third party.

All content on this site (images, designs, texts, logos, videos) is the exclusive property of Atrani Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

3. Products

Atrani Studio offers handcrafted jewelry. Each piece is described and photographed with care; however, slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur due to the artisanal nature of the products.

Product availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer will be notified and refunded accordingly.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in euros (€). In accordance with Article 293 B of the French Tax Code, VAT is not applicable (franchise en base de TVA). Atrani Studio reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one confirmed at checkout.

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Once payment is received, the order is confirmed and the customer will receive a confirmation email.

Atrani Studio reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the case of suspected fraud, error, or abuse.

6. Payments

Payments are made securely via Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards) and PayPal. Orders must be paid in full before shipment. Atrani Studio does not accept checks, wire transfers, or cash on delivery.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped worldwide from France via trusted couriers (Colissimo for France and the EU, UPS or equivalent for international deliveries). All parcels are shipped to the customer's address and require a signature upon receipt. For security reasons, we do not offer delivery to pick-up points.

  • France: €7 — 2–4 business days
  • Europe (EU): €12 — 3–7 business days
  • International Standard: from €34 — 7–14 business days
  • International Express: from €55 — 3–5 business days
  • Free standard shipping on orders over €200 (France only)

Atrani Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance procedures.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83 and the French Consumer Code (Article L221-18), you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason.

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging within 14 days of notification.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Used, damaged, or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

9. Returns & Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

10. Legal Guarantees

All products sold are covered by the following legal guarantees:

  • Legal guarantee of conformity (French Consumer Code Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14): valid for 2 years from delivery.
  • Guarantee against hidden defects (French Civil Code Articles 1641 to 1649): valid for 2 years from discovery of the defect.

11. Liability

Atrani Studio cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or improper use of the products. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order concerned.

12. Personal Data

Atrani Studio collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is used solely for order processing, communication, and, where consented, marketing purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer agrees to seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action. Failing that, disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

14. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Atrani Studio website — including texts, photographs, videos, designs, and logos — are the exclusive property of Atrani Studio and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

The Atrani Studio brand and its logo are currently in the process of registration with the INPI (Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle) in France.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of the content without prior written consent from Atrani Studio is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

15. Force Majeure

Atrani Studio shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, pandemics, wars, or governmental restrictions. In such cases, Atrani Studio will make every reasonable effort to fulfill its obligations once normal conditions resume.
